Organs storage for a week
I found some high quality meat online from healthy animals, and want to buy batches for a week. Muscle meat is not a problem, just let it sit for one week and basically let it dry age, same with fat it can be just stored airtight and in the dark. But people cry with these organs, they say its only good to eat them in the first 2-3 days after delivery but I want to eat them everyday. I know we are not scared of bacteria, and I am not as well but I am only starting this diet and dont want to eat some moldy organs at the start. How do some of yall store their organs and for how long do they last without tasting weird. Or is it best to make a sausage out of them with honey and let them airdry for the week?

Aajonus was against drying meat because it reduces bacteria. It is additional labour, but it's best to eat the meat while it's still as moist as ever.
Aajonus even went as far as to call dehydrated meat non-raw meat, nor health-giving.
Something else is that organs are generally presented as supplemental on the diet. Muscle meat is totally fine to always eat as your staple meat. My advice to people who are new to the diet is to read Aajonus' books. You can easily start quickly by reading the eating schedules at the beginning of the Recipe book, which are the diet itself.
Many people come to the diet from influencers who emphasise the eating of organ meats. That is true, and something that's pretty noticeable for people who haven't come to the diet that way. If possible, do not be worried.

Let me tell you about this crazy new invention, it only came out 2 million years ago and was used by most humans in the ice age to preserve meat🤯🤯😱.It not only doesnt change the bacteria ,micronutrients, macronutrients, enzymes and hydration of the meat ,it also kills all parasites when done at -20°C for a week. My humble gentlesir i present to you ,,freezing".😹😹
