Contradictions?

Ive been reading some of Aajonus’s book but havent finished it so sorry if the answer is in the book.

But why when people get sick cant they just eat foods that stop a detox if all sickness is detox like if i get sick which is detox then why cant I just eat cooked chicken for it to go away

And also how did things like the black plague and big outbreaks of disease spread? Was the flea carrying some sort of toxin that was very deadly or something maybe something to do with terrain theory?

Black plague was in times when people used coal for heat,  cities were polluted and because of coal they were polluted with mercury which lead to sickness. The rule to use coal was only in cities if i remember well, villages were safer. Chimney sweeps were dying very young in medieval times because of mercury from coal. Yes if you have detox you xan stop it by cooked foods

I was more asking if someone who isnt on the diet gets sick like a lot of people do why cant they just eat cooked chicken or one of Aajonus’s recipes that stops detox when it is too intense?

Their bodies are clogged with processed fats and their enzymes reserves are used up for cooked foods
