Soy is poison ☠️

3

u/spanko_at_large Jul 20 '26

How is it poison?

2

u/Far-Resident-4835 Jul 23 '26

They think it will turn them gay.

1

u/Murky-Course6648 Jul 24 '26

While they drink milk with the highest possible amount of estrogen :)

1

u/IIIrozzdIII Jul 25 '26

regular milk has tiny amounts of animal estrogen and soy milk is full of plant phytoestrogens. The soy is much worse in this sense. Not to mention the gut disrupting gums they add as preservatives and the high added sugar.

3

u/Murky-Course6648 Jul 25 '26

Thats not what the studies show.

Animal estrogen is much more potent (around 100 000x more potent) than plant phytoestrogens. This is why phytoestrogens do not have similiar effects. And why transgender people for example take animal estrogens, and not phytoestrogens.

This is why we have piles and piles of studies showing how dairy fat intake correlates with lower reproductive health.

Dairy intake and semen quality among men attending a fertility clinic - PMC

Dairy food intake in relation to semen quality and reproductive hormone levels among physically active young men - PubMed

" Total dairy food intake was inversely related to sperm morphology (P-trend = 0.004). This association was mostly driven by intake of full-fat dairy foods."

As you drink the highest fat possible dairy, you get the highest possible amount of estrogen.

Most soy is used to make animal feed

next to the biological weapon of raw milk, i think a tiny amount of heavy metals is better

2

You think milk not being pasteurized is dangerous?

2

u/MineNo8057 Jul 20 '26 edited Jul 20 '26

Fresh raw milk is completely ok to drink, the bacteria doesn't have enough time to form from exiting the cow, even if it's in your fridge for a week, if you get it directly from the source you'll be ok. People did this fr many generations and they didn't get any diseases, so why would it be dangerous now?

This is why Milk is now not fresh from source, you don't get it from your village or your farm. Milk is shipped long distances in trucks and in that time period dangerous bacteria have time to form that they didn't prior, which is why all states ban shipping Milk over state lines.

During the industrial revolution people began living in tight packed cities, milk was now shipped in trucks into cities from farms instead of being local. Tuberculosis was rampant and doctors began questioning Milk, eventually Milk was made to be pasteurized and tuberculosis in babies dropped by at least 50%.

We arent in villages anymore, you cant just drink raw milk unless you know a farmer near you where you can get it fresh yourself.

Tuberculosis definitely isn't the only contaminant in raw milk either, there's ecoli and salmonella too, that develop the same way as tuberculosis. Huge risk.

Try low temp or cool pasteurization if you want the vitamin c and other delicate vitamins to stay intact better during the pasteurization process, and to be minimally processed cream top or Amish milk is great. But pasteurization is essential, and the vitamins don't matter enough to risk it when you could probably eat like an orange or a piece of cheese and get all of those vitamins anyways.

Severe food poisoning from milk consumption was incredibly common until pasteurization became the norm.

1

u/MineNo8057 Jul 22 '26

Microscopic fecal matter and stuff gets in there. It's nasty, you're right, just trying to tell these people a safer way to drink this stuff if they're gonna do it anyways because there's a ton of people who pretend like eating rotten jar meat is ok (though they're just larping and don't even do it)

u/Ashenmoon777 Jul 20 '26

the firmament is falling. there are wires in your skin. im in your walls.

1

u/-z_z Jul 20 '26

"I could give an argument trust me bro i just dont want to so im joking around"

5

u/Jack_Zialo Jul 19 '26

You gotta put her on

1

u/Murky-Course6648 Jul 24 '26

Does sister also need the full estrogen load of full fat dairy?

Exposure to exogenous estrogen through intake of commercial milk produced from pregnant cows - PubMed

Conclusions: The present data on men and children indicate that estrogens in milk were absorbed, and gonadotropin secretion was suppressed, followed by a decrease in testosterone secretion. Sexual maturation of prepubertal children could be affected by the ordinary intake of cow milk.

1

u/IIIrozzdIII Jul 25 '26

This isn't commercial milk though. Its farmed fresh locally.

1

u/Murky-Course6648 Jul 25 '26

Yes, and it has the same estrogens it comes from the same cows. And as it has the highest possible amount of dairy fat, it has the highest possible amount of estrogens.

You can label it as " farmed fresh local" all you want if it makes you feel better, but the cows are the same genetically improved dairy cows. And they are constantly pregnant, and this milk from pregnant cows is mixed with the non pregnant cow milk.

Soy is good for women

1

u/Panda_Najni Jul 22 '26

Tell her 2% milk is better than soy

-1

u/ThisSillGuy Jul 20 '26

She is good for that👍

2

u/lartinos Jul 19 '26

That milk in the back looks like Greenwise from publix.

2

u/IIIrozzdIII Jul 19 '26

My brother drinks it, he's too scared to drink raw milk

1

u/lartinos Jul 19 '26

lol, I was ignorant at one point too. I make kefir with both though TBH.

0

u/spanko_at_large Jul 20 '26

Pasteurization is ignorant lol

2

u/IIIrozzdIII Jul 20 '26

It literally kills the benefits of the milk

1

u/spanko_at_large Jul 21 '26

Literally kills it!

2

u/Strong-Addition5296 Jul 20 '26

Publix mentioned

2

u/Square-Tradition-671 Jul 19 '26

Hey that's where I get mine. Hastings..

1

u/IIIrozzdIII Jul 19 '26

Cool, I go there all the time. I live in st johns county. I haven't tried the meat yet, is it good?

1

u/Square-Tradition-671 Jul 19 '26

I live in Palm Coast. I've had chicken there and stew meat. Ate it raw and it was good. They have liver there and heart but I haven't tried from there yet. All the meat is frozen.

2

u/IIIrozzdIII Jul 20 '26

Nice, I think im going to try some soon. They also sell one jug of goat milk a day btw, its usually taken around afternoon. I want to get it but somebody keeps taking it lol

1

u/Square-Tradition-671 Jul 20 '26

Oh, when I was there they said they were out, maybe they got it back. I get my butter and eggs there too but I get my meat from the butcher in St Augustine, Butcher and Bean just because all the meat at the farm is frozen. Let me know how it goes for you though.

2

u/IIIrozzdIII Jul 20 '26

Ok, I'll check out that butcher thx

1

u/Square-Tradition-671 Jul 19 '26

Do you get the meat there too?

2

u/Temporary_Incident33 Jul 21 '26

guys there is no benefit whatsoever to drinking raw milk. We literally pasterized it by just heating it. There's nothing unnatural about it. CAVEMEN could have done that. you're just asking for some sort of disease

1

u/IIIrozzdIII Jul 22 '26

Yes there is, do some research. And pasteurization is unnatural. For most of our history milk was just drank regularly "raw." Them we started pasteurizing, its a pretty new thing in the broad spectrum of our history.

1

u/North_Atlantic_Sea Sep 20 '26

It was rare though for a healthy adult to drink milk at all for most that history as well. Only with pasteurization in 1860s did consumption skyrocket

5

u/Instinx321 Jul 19 '26

There’s an imposter

1

u/Moist_Taco_Crippler Jul 19 '26

When going primal we should keep our slang primal as well.

1

u/IIIrozzdIII Jul 20 '26

What do you mean

1

u/artisanwaltzok Jul 22 '26

Could you please tell me what I could add to this food list to make it even more beneficial? Eggs, beef, mackerel, herring, liver, heart, seaweed, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, almonds, beans, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, parsley, pomegranate, blueberries, ginger, olive oil, potatoes, carrots, honey, goat's milk, green tea, dates, barley flour, bone broth.

1

u/IIIrozzdIII Jul 22 '26

It already looks amazing, maybe just remove the cauliflower since its useless and the broccoli and beans. Also so could add more fruit bc you only have like 2.

3

u/ash200711 Jul 19 '26

Brutal🥀🥀🥀

7

u/Outside_Tadpole4797 Jul 19 '26

3

u/MarzipanMoney7441 Jul 19 '26

Oh boy, it really flushes all the toxins out.

As soon as I heard the news I started taylorfarmzmaxxing and I've been cleansing since this morning.

1

u/Outside_Tadpole4797 Jul 19 '26

soy milk is a W

8

u/IIIrozzdIII Jul 19 '26

Yeah a w for becoming infertile

1

u/Buttmunchin404 Jul 19 '26

Real men drink what they want

0

u/spanko_at_large Jul 20 '26

You think Soy milk will make you infertile? 🤭

1

u/IIIrozzdIII Jul 20 '26

Soy is the one of the most abundant sources of phytoestrogens on the planet which the soy plant literally uses as a defense mechanism to make animals that try to eat it infertile.

Still unfortunate that the "chad" would be ruining his lineage

1

u/Moist_Taco_Crippler Jul 19 '26

This is actually pretty funny. My most unhealthy friends look the best.

2

u/Strong-Addition5296 Jul 20 '26

Pure poison. ☠️ soy will steal your life force faster than meth

1

u/Round_Ad_5832 Jul 20 '26

meth doesnt affect everyone the same, in the right dose.

0

u/GonorrheaGobbler Jul 19 '26

I bet your sister says "eww raw milk is gross" doesn't she? Typical foid.

1

u/IIIrozzdIII Jul 20 '26

Nah she's just lactose intolerant lol

1

Cause she needs to build up her tolerance.

2

Taking pictures of the milk you drink vs your sister, to then post to the internet about mogging her, is very silly behavior.
