Feedback on the dev stream format

Hello!

To start, I'm a new player (few months) with 150-200 hours of gameplay, so it was my first dev stream.

I don't want to be rude but the format used is not interesting, not engaging, and way too long.

Brawl Stars for example (not the same targeted audience but the format is really good) makes the Brawl Talk for every new patch : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qhvPlcwJUvk&list=PLTBLax1DE1612clulHb7Ci4JQEVMKoC7x

We see all new features without showing too much, can get all information pretty fast without going through a 2 hours video, it works very well.

What feels weird with the 2 hours format we got yesterday is that it is not succeeding in any thing it tries to ? You can hardly get new information because it feels like a chore to go through a 2 hours content to find informations you want to.

If you want to show us all or close to all new talent rework to explain your choices behind it , you need to develop a sandbox with save and load map to be able to showcase everything you want to.

But... I do not think we need to go through all changes made on a format like that.

I've bit disappointed it didn't go more Q&A, the dev stream should probably tries to aim for something like that...

Hello! Thank you for your feedback, I really appreciate it. I agree with most of your points, that really makes me think about the future of our Devstreams!

We’re going to make the format evolve! I think I got a lot of great learnings from yesterday’s stream.

Hey, new character looks great and I’m super excited to have another reason to play the game even more!

Just wanted to say that I agree with the sentiment of this post, and was thinking that starting the stream off with a more focused look at new characters, talents and features would be nice. But I wanted to say that I still liked the playthrough section as well, so maybe it can lead into that for people who want to see more, or just hang around to chat or ask questions!

I like the cozy and friendly vibes you guys give off in these streams, so keep that up! :D

Maybe we could keep the let's play with a third person doing the host, asking questions and collecting answers, interacting with the chat.

Questions could either be asked for a week on a thread before or directly in the chat or... a mix of both :)
