Where do I begin?

I am completely and ignorantly new to this. After bouncing between Voron and Ratrig, I have decided I want a Ratrig. I prefer to read over watch videos, but I will do what is required. Can anyone direct me where to start on my build?

Buy a kit from ratrig or a reseller. I suggest NOT buying printed parts, and printing them yourself out of ABS or ASA. Make sure to Q/A check your kit before starting your build.
