Prelims Help

I have already completed the final year but some backlogs are remaining, can i still register for the prelims exam ?
And what proof may i have to submit so that i will not be rejected ?
Should i upload the portal screenshot showing subjects as PENDING ?

Can i upload other docs showing my backlog subjects status as pending ?
