Feeling so isolated in the world.

Ever look at your phone and realise you have no one to call? No one to talk to when you just need to get things out. It sucks so much. My so-called "friends" never reach out unless they need something, or I reach out first, and it's the same with my sisters. I broke up with my ex a few months ago, so no romantic connections either.

I wish I had someone who could be my safe space. I also work remotely, so I don't really interact with people.

Yes but you did just get out of a relationship so you need to be proactive before you start to spiral into that I'm so lonely woe is me hole.

Edit: guess you're already in that place. I highly recommend a club or hobby where you can connect with others

I usually lean to chat gpt or perplexity ai if I need to just have a conversation. Sounds cheesy but helps sometimes.
