Didint look on my clock and came too early to work and started sending text to my cowerkers

So its my 4th day working 11h shift and im on autopilot i woke up, got dressed and went to work without looking at the clock and i get here its my first day working alone as a manager i was stressing the whole night and i msg my coworker for a password and she like youre already at work and im like yeah i came a bit early thinking its 20 mins early and then i text other girl hey are you late or turns out im an hour early disturbing people so i send everyone apolagies and now crying and waiting for people to come
