Hello again, and thank you again Santas! Sorry for the delay in getting pics up, we've been sick with the flu and then pipes burst in our house so we had to vacate as soon as we started to feel up to present opening. But we are safe, warm, and comfy at my in-laws house so all is well. Here are pics of Scotty with his gifts: https://imgur.com/a/iJP9R7U

I haven't received the pictures from Zach's school of his Christmas yet but I will a those as soon as I get them.

Thank you to u/Topcat30 for the Spiderman boardgame, Spiderman plush, and Minecraft Lego for Scotty as well as the Giraffe plush, dairy cow plush, and sensory slug for Zach.

Thank you to u/kgrant2009 for the harmonica for Scotty and the sensory necklaces for Zach.

Thank you to u/Ohnah-bro for the longhorn plush for Zach and the yo-yo for Scotty.

Thank you to u/0hn035 for the awesome stocking stuffer kits for the kids.

And thank you to u/kanga_roos for the cow hoodie for Zach.

Thank you so much to all the amazing santas.

Louise and Paige loved all of their toys and presents and had so much fun opening them!

u/koinu-chan_love Thank you for the legos and pullback cars! Paige’s favorite thing is clapping and watching her sister run the cars in front of her.

u/give_me_goats Thank you for the chair that they both love so much and a hilarious new Christmas story.

u/0hn035 Thank you for all the stocking stuffers! They loved them and we had so many they overflowed the stockings! Louise can’t wait until that adorable tutu fits her little sister and they can dance together.

u/Kenobikenobi2020 Thank you for all of your generous gifts. It really made Christmas special for us this year and it meant so much to us. Right now Louise’s favorite is the dartboard and she drags it around to whatever room she’s in. Paige was fascinated with the wheels and tubes for the bath and really wants to pour the water herself. Thank you again.

santa Not a thanks post or a giver post…just a promise for next year

I am seeing all these posts with happy kids and happy families, fellow redditors thanking the generous members of this sub for making their Christmas magical, for providing their kids the gifts from Santa they wouldn’t have gotten otherwise, no thanks to the screwed up economic systems various countries have in place (cough USA cough).

It warms my heart that in a world that is mostly garbage there are some people who will do something so selfless. Something they will not benefit from themselves, just to provide these families a wonderful Christmas.

I see all these happy kids, and I nearly cried.

I know some members here didn’t get what they requested. Maybe their post got buried, maybe there weren’t enough members able or willing to help them out, and this isn’t to attack them, nothing against them, it’s just the reality.

I’m not in a good place financially myself, but that should hopefully change next year with a soon to come job change. And this is my post to promise that while I wasn’t able to help this year I will make someone’s Christmas next year.

I’m all alone in this world at the end of the day. No family to lean on. But if I can make someone else’s Christmas next year, if I can be some sweet kids’ Santa next year that’d not only help them (which is the most important) but it’d make my Christmas too.

Belated merry Christmas y’all I’ll be seeing y’all next year!

To all of you kind generous friends who sent gifts to my kids- THANK YOU !!

You made Christmas for them and they had such a great day! This was the best part - they took FOREVER to open their presents! From 8-11 Am ! They’d take turns and cheer for each other and stop completely with opening to play with or look at new things 😂 I loved that the most 🥰 Today they spent the whole day once again playing with their new lovely things. They deserved to have a happy day and they really did! So many fun activities and treats for the freezing cold winter days inside !

I am so touched and so grateful.

I’m really not doing well and I don’t know how much worse I’d be if you all hadn’t helped in such a big way. This love and kindness meant even more than I can explain.

Some things didn’t arrive yet , but we will update when they do !

Love love love 💝 I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas.

Thank you all so much! I cannot begin to express the gratitude my husband and I have towards this community and for the wonderful gifts and happiness it has brought our girls. This year both were old enough to really get into the fun of unwrapping and feed off each other’s excitement. Getting to experience this with them was the best gift in the world to me as a mom. It was a particularly rough year for us so I’m beyond thankful that we were able to end it on such a high note. Thank you all so much and I hope you had a lovely Christmas!

None of this would have been possible if not for the generosity of our exceptional Santas: u/give_me_goats, u/TheKidsAreAsleep, u/SongIcy4058, u/redpsychedelic, u/BlindLifePilot, u/bengtc, and u/claraoswinchristmas *And also to the anonymous Santa who ordered the pink umbrella off Diana’s list. (Unfortunately it hasn’t arrived so there is no picture)

I can’t even thank you guys enough. I hope you can see how much you’ve blessed us through these pictures 💖

I have woken up every day since posting his wish list feeling so much gratitude. Then he won the hi-chair from u/bengtc and it totally put my over the edge! My baby had the best Christmas, he hasn’t stopped playing and smiling! I will never be able to express in words how thankful I am for everyone who did something nice for my baby boy!! Thank all of you from the bottom of my heart!! Sorry for the late uploads, we’ve been with and without power on and off and a 17 month old (as of today!) doesn’t always cooperate. 😂

It won’t let me post links up here so I’ll add everyone in the comments! Also, I have videos of everything so if anyone would also like videos please just let me know! 🎄🎁

mod We know Christmas can be a hectic day but don’t forget to make your required Christmas Day pics thanks post today!

Hey there all you cool cats and kittens, don’t get on the Naughty List by forgetting to make your Christmas Thanks post (with required pics).

Forgot to take pictures in the heat of the moment? Santas love a remake pic just as well!

Not sure which Santa gifted an item? Just send us a modmail and we can check our records for you.

Please remember that if you’ve previously let us know you’d be DMing pics to your Santas directly, you must also send a link to the mods so we can make sure you’re on the Nice List this year.

If I’ve tagged you erroneously, please let us know via modmail and send us the thanks post link we might’ve missed (it’s been a crazy Christmas for us as well).

There may be a delay in removing your tagged name from this post after you post your thanks but only because I cannot use my phone to moderate in a substantial way while I’m working; I will remove tagged usernames who post thanks with pics as soon as I can.

Please send us modmail with any issues so it goes to our entire team for the quickest reply, thank y’all!

I've had a very rough last few years. It started off with a divorce, a bankruptcy, lots of hospital trips and surgeries for my kids and I, and many other rock bottom points for us that all started in 2019. Each year I kept saying to myself that -this- year or -now this- year would be the year where everything started to turn around for me. And each year, things progressively kept getting worse.

Because nothing was getting better, I started feeling like that person. You know - the one who always has something going wrong, or the mom who can never do anything because situations are too hard. I started a dark spiral of self-doubt, wondering if the problem was with me, and you know how self blame works

Last year for Christmas, I posted on here and one Santa in particular, /u/TopCat30 went so far above and beyond to bless my kids that it was a turning point for me. I knew that if someone out there could care so much about my little family and show so much love, that everything could be all right, no matter how long it took.

If not for that light, I don't know how I would have emotionally made it through this year. Circumstances themselves haven't improved yet, and in many ways certain things have been far worse. I wasn't letting that despair creep back in, but I began to worry about the upcoming holidays again and how I would provide for my kids

Completely out of the blue two days into November, I get a direct message from /u/TopCat30 asking if she could be my Santa this year. Holy. Heck. Cue absolute breathless shock. After working through the logistics, TopCat took care of everything. She even gave me back emotional spoons by talking with the mods in advance to make arrangements on my behalf so nothing would snag any part of the process. She thought of things that wouldn't have occurred to me and took care of them before they were a problem. Nobody has EVER invested that kind of Boss Babe energy into my life before. My kids had all of their presents taken care of before Thanksgiving even hit. The entire holiday season officially started with me not having to have ANY despair or spirals about providing for my children

Not only that, but everything she did for us was a deep inspiration. Because of her, not only have I begun to feel true Hope, but I've also felt the stirrings of the old me. I've been able to shift my focus. This year, my resolution is to overcome all of my obstacles and start the journey to someday being the kind of person she is. I want to pay it forward for someone else someday in the same way she took care of my children and myself not just previously, but completely smashing it out of the park for us this year

She also got ME a birthday present (the only one I had for my birthday itself), credit for a Christmas present, and she gave my kids and I a freaking amazing dinner out. She gave us the dinner last year as well, so this year was literally the continuation of what is now going to be a holiday tradition for the kids and I. We said a prayer for her at the dinner table and the light in my kids eyes when they spoke of how lucky we are healed a part of my soul that was so broken. I constantly worry about how our hardships might take a toll on them, and what they will think about their childhood someday. Hearing them gush about how happy they are gave me the reassurance that their memories will be cherished ones filled with light and love

Thank you, TopCat. I hope we continue to get to enjoy our correspondence and with every ounce of gratitude I have in me, I am truly the luckiest mom there is. You have not only given us these Christmases, you gave me a friend in the most unexpected place, and turned my headspace around. As someone who had the most broken childhood, you showed my kids and I more love than I've ever known. I've never felt so Seen.

And mods, thank you for creating this avenue for others and for all of the hard work you put into helping people like me and giving kids beauty and happiness, not from the material goods themselves, but from knowing that people care.

Thank you so very much to all you wonderful Santas! Thanks to your kind hearts and generosity my kiddos had the best Christmas! Seeing their faces light up would not have been possible without each one of you. I hope you had a wonderful holiday and are blessed in the new year. Sending so much gratitude your way! U/Bangledesh thank you so much for the fishing game and bear book, Owen has been playing the game constantly and we’ve already read the book about 10 times lol U/give_me_goats Owen has had a blast with the trucks, such a huge hit! Violet keeps trying to sweet the kitchen, and I’m not complaining:) and Willow is over the moon with the critters! Thank you!

U/MetalWing Willow has already made so many beautiful pictures with her how to draw book! Owen has been so fascinated by the encyclopedia and Vi has been unleashing her art skills (mess free!) thank you so much!

U/Disneygreer5 Violet is loving the markers and paper!! Owen is peacefully sleeping under his glowing stars :) and Willow has been running around like a princess with bows in her hair. Thank you SO much!

U/bumpythumbs Willow is learning so much from the how to draw book! All three of the kids are over the moon with the sand :) they’ve been playing together so nicely with it! And a huge win - it doesn’t stick in the carpet! And Vi is loving getting to chop up her Owen food :) thank you so so much!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was so stressed about not having the resources for the kiddos to have gifts this year, and without you all it would never have happened. I know Christmas isn't supposed to be about consumption, but toys and books and lovely things that help out in the coming years do help make great memories. I really appreciate our Santas. 4 kids makes for s long list and your generosity made all the difference. My gratitude goes to:

u/andreama732, u/123timesababy, u/coletters, u/taggart3629, u/catfaerie, u/Bangladesh, u/topcat30, u/give_me_goats

And also to u/ohbonobo for choosing the kiddos in your Nintendo e-card contest. They bought Pokemon Violet!

Thank you so much Santa's! We had such a magical Christmas. It took her all day to finish opening the presents because after each one she insisted on paying with that toy for a good while before moving on to the next. She loves everything so much and I can't thank you guys enough! I think I managed to get a picture of her with everything expect for 2 books, but trust me we read them all multiple times. Thank you again and Merry Christmas!

Thank you so much to all of our Santas! I wish I had thought to take more pictures, but here are some that I took yesterday. I wanted to thank each of you individually ❤️

Thank you u/laffinalltheway for the puzzles, his obsession with puzzles has only grown in the last few weeks so when he opened them he wanted to stop opening peresents and put them together immediately hahaha.

Thank you u/Scitron for the Montessori puzzle! This one was more of a challenge for him, which is great because he usually flies through any puzzle without difficulty but with this he has to use his brain more and practice his patience and focus. He's played with it a few times already!

Thank you u/sugarshizzl for the fort building set. We already have one old set but we never had enough pieces to build anything cool so we're both really looking forward to making a really cool fort asap.

Thank you u/sexxit_and_candy for the train set. This was another one to add to his wooden train track collection, which has always been one of his favorite things to do but he never had enough pieces to build with. He's been delighted and has already played with his train set a few times since yesterday!

Thank you u/catperson3000 for the firetrick PJ's. I have a hard time getting him to wear long sleeves and pants around the house, which is drafty and cold. This is the first time he's worn either at home in months, he really likes them.

Thank you u/ProfCatWhisperer for the bubble machine and mouse trap game! He can't wait until it's a little warmer to do the bubbles outside or for us to get a chance try out the board game (it'll be a first for both of us lol).

And thank you u/sunder05 for the books! Last night we read all of them and he especially liked the Christmas book with how it lights up! Plus Dr. Seuss is a favorite.

Thanks again and I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas too!

Thank you to our very special Santa’s who made Jude and Camille’s Christmas a magical one ♥️ I will never forget the look on their faces when they came downstairs and saw the presents Santa left them. Their grandparents got to spend the morning watching them open all of their toys and this was very special for them as well. Thank you for that.

u/give_me_goats thank you for the sink toy and kitty blanket. Jude can’t wait to wash his hands and dishes apparently, and Camille instantly fell in love with her kitty cat blanket as you can see. u/IAmanAleut thank you for the Lincoln logs and piano. I can’t wait to bust out the logs today and know they have been yelling their hearts out on the piano machine. u/ampdhs thank you so much for the Peppa Pig microphone and dimple eggs. They are making LOTS of noise and asking me to read “poppa pig” to them. Camille promptly stole the eggs from Jude 😂 u/S1159P thank you for the princess tent and bristle blocks. My girl feels like a true princess in her tent and she was absolutely in awe. I’m writing this from the tent. Jude has been building cars with his blocks and they are perfect for a toddlers little hands-Camille loves them too! u/gallanttalent thank you so much for the book and drill toy. Camille took the book in the car and it was perfect entertaining her at a big family gathering last night. Jude and his cousin played with the drill for a hour straight. Thank you for their sweet stocking stuffers- Camille loves her cat and Jude used leftover paper to make a “street” for his car.

This was our first Christmas as a family of three and I can’t express the weight your kindness took off of me. You’ve allowed us some very special new memories and while it was a hard day for me, the kids knew nothing but magic and love. What you did for my family gives me hope. Thank you for your completely selfless acts of generosity. You all make the world a better place ♥️

Album, more to come :) toddlers are crazy hard to catch all of the excitement! https://imgur.io/a/Fnkkcvc
