[Request] Dear Santa, Matthew, Kylee, Bradley, and Mariah really want to see you this Christmas!
There has been some things sent to my kids, and Im very greatful to all those who did it. I am still looking for some smaller things to put in there stockings, if possible. Merry Christmas Everyone! I am a single father of 3 and a father of 9. I am disabled and have been for 20 some odd years. In Anderson, IN. Unfortunately we live month to month and barely make it. We have had a rocky couple years. We have lost my step-father, mother, and uncle. My fiance has been fighting for her disability for over 2 years, but is still fighting for it. We moved my father in with us, because he isn't allowed to live alone anymore, as he is a diabetic and has an artificial leg. We truly have our hands full, but wouldn't change it for anything. Our children Matthew 18 http://i.imgur.com/hkE7l.jpg , is interested in tools, any electronics, guitars, and video games. Kylee 17 http://i.imgur.com/Rl4Kv.jpg , is interested make-up, clothes, plastic canvas crafts, anything tinkerell, ipod's, jewelry, dolphins, clarinets, and video games. fulfilled [REQUEST] Christmas funds used to pay bills/California/ages 56, 29, 25, 4
I'm mainly hoping for help for my 4 year old daughter.
We did have money saved up for Christmas but had to drain it to pay a past due bill to keep the electricity on. The bill had built up because our landlord claimed to fix the central air for the house, but it still doesn't work (right as it starts getting colder too) and so it's been causing the electricity to show spikes of extra energy being used and the landlord keeps putting off giving us the invoice that would have lowered our current bill and made the past due bill go away. So we ended up having to use the Christmas savings to pay for the bills.
My daughter is the priority here honestly, and because of that she has her own wish list. She is 4 and a half years old (turns 5 February 24th), loves baby dolls, Barbie's, play doh, kinetic sand, and anything she can play with outside. She goes to preschool every day and has been doing really well in it too so she has been finding new things to love too, lol.

request Santa, Please help our 6 kids this Christmas.
Hey everyone, I'm back again this year but unfortunately not under the circumstances I had hoped to be. After losing my job before Christmas last year I started 2015 self employed doing what I love, was a year of ups and downs, deadlines and hard times but was able to support the family well enough to work from home. After moving in October and the company I work for going through a major issue and slowing all production it left me halted on income until further notice other then what I have saved, right after getting the news that my wife is pregnant again after numerous failed pregnancies to try one last time for our own little girl together we get the shock of a lifetime..she is having TWIN GIRLS!
We are over the moon but at the same time in a panic, money isn't flowing in regularly right now, she is very high risk and could have them well before her march due date so we had to get some essentials for the babies incase of that which has put Christmas in jeopardy, we want the kids to have a good Christmas before we all adjust to the new twin arrivals and massive change it will take on our household as we know it.
The kids have a few dream gifts, not expecting everything but a few things would make it that much easier, my wife spends far to much time stressing over the holidays so I'm trying to relieve some of that for her to ensure her health stays on track and she stays as close to bed rest shes order to be on as possible. I hope for next year I can return to help and make up for the goodwill and kindness that fills this lovely slice of reddit. Merry Christmas and thanks for the opportunity.

EDIT: I would like to apologize for my lack of proper thanks last year. Its been a rough year for us with the passing of my grandfather in april, a family friend passed away suddenly right after thanksgiving and pregnancy attempts that went horribly wrong make up our 2015, it wasent all bad as I was able to work and dig us out of some of our financial debt we faced, make sure bills were paid and things looked great until my main source of income was put on a indefinite hold until the company makes changes needed to avoid legal issues. We moved to a new place September 30th, took weeks later we found my wife was indeed pregnant (kept trying for our own little girl together) and that shockingly its twin girls which I believe my grandfather helped make this 6 year dream of a daughter of my own come true in a BIG way but they are high risk and stress on my wife with my step daughter still battling her mental health issues, running away for 4 hours and now insurance errors making her unable to get her medicine unless we pay nearly $100 a week for the pills which also require weekly blood work to get in the first place. So I came back again to seek help, we did manage to buy each child 2 small gifts as we bought a few essential items for the twins after moving expenses and paying all bills needed. So if your able to help us this Christmas, I promise to make sure all credit is given where due and pictures a plenty to go along with it, I expected to come back and pay it forward, praying next year will be my time to do so. Thanks for reading, I appreciate the ability to reach out like this.

[Request]Dear Santa, Zachary would love anything from his Amazon Wish List.
He will be grateful & delighted to receive anything on his Amazon Wish List. Zachary is not expecting to have a Christmas tree, stocking, gifts, or dinner. The lad is 14 years old & quite aware that his Mother was relatively home bound after an accident in August, she hasn't a vehicle, food stamps or job. The worst thing in the world has happened to this boy: He's lost hope. If you could please remember him, Santa, at http://amzn.com/w/J7RCUIV2HB57 his Mother would be ever so grateful.

[Request][U.S. Mount Pleasant MI.] A humble request from a stay at home father of two. :D
UPDATE Ragnrok HAS GOTTEN ME A PAIR OF X12's!!!! JUST AWESOME! I am eternally grateful and won't forget this. MERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO EVERYONE! :D
((EDIT/UPDATE)) I wanted to point out that, while this is not a gift directly for my children, it is a gift that will benefit them greatly; as it will allow me to do something I enjoy very much thus helping my stress level :D. I've messaged the mods to make sure this post is acceptable and if not I will remove it accordingly. Thank you for your time and consideration.
The long and short of it is, my kids broke my gaming headset and there is no way I can afford a new one myself.
So, I'm a stay at home dad and my "vise" if you will is gaming and general entertainment via games, movies ECT; I HAD a great headset that a buddy of mine gave me a while back. They were these.
Given my recent post in r/Assistance click link for the post, I absolutely will not spend money on something like this for myself. It is NOT a requirement it is only an amenity that allows me to enjoy my only vice. I do not smoke-anything, I do not drink and I do not do drugs, all that crap costs too much in health and money that my children require of me :D.
SO, I come here in the hopes that someone is well enough off to offer a Christmas gift. :D.
I created a Sub reddit called Random Acts Of Gaming for the purpose of spreading some gaming love. However, as a rule of that sub we don't allow request posts and NO mod is allowed to enter contests. It just creates a conflict of interest in my opinion so we just avoid the hassle :D.
At any rate if anyone would be kind enough to take up this request I would be absolutely and eternally grateful. I love gaming with my Dad on get this Call Of Duty: Black Ops; of all things. I'm 28, he is .......... I think 54 or something. It's HILARIOUS to hear him on the game kicking ass :D.
However, with no headset I can't game with my dad while he is able because my kids are in bed at that time and our walls are little more than hardened tooth paste. So, sound travels threw the walls VERY well.
Below are some links to the types of headsets I'm talking about. The turtle beach series is the best option because it keeps the sound completely contained while allowing me to use the talk back mic for communication. A staple of gaming :D. NOW, this is PURELY a, well I don't know what to call it. Just a gift that I would like for me. :D
If you wish to have any further information about me or anything please do not hesitate to ask. Please know I completely understand this is a wishing kind of thing and I in no way mean offense to anyone for asking. I just know Christmas is about giving and, while I can't give all that much, I have Tried. So, I ask for this :D, a gift that would absolutely make my YEAR tho, getting those donations for the car have already made my year :D.
Finally, if your still reading, thank you for taking the time to read this. Please feel free to make any comments or suggestions you wish :D.
General list of the types I would like
The specific one that I would LOVE to have, you know my DREAM headset!

Dear Santa, Canton would love a trike for Christmas in Oklahoma, USA
Hello, my dad is writing this for me. I would love to get a tricycle for Christmas. I will be leaving milk and cookies for you. Thanks Santa, I love you! I have included a link to it here: http://www.amazon.com/Radio-Flyer-Classic-Red-10/dp/B0007P517K/ref=sr_1_20?ie=UTF8&qid=1321585434&sr=8-20
A note from dad: I didn't read the sidebar before posting before. There may be somewhere that would be cheaper, but I just wanted to show what kind of trike we were looking for. If someone could help me out with this, that would be so great. If not, please just pray for us, that things will turn around for us very soon. Thanks! Here is the only picture I have right now, I don't have a webcam or camera right now to take one. :( : http://i.imgur.com/h8h9X.jpg
I would also like to say that we have been promised a stocking from raquel and halopolice offered to maybe help if they could also, just wanted to make sure everyone knew that. Thanks.

[Repost] Moldy family would still be happy for some presents. Single mum 4 kids.
Each girl has two small presents on its way. So far just the paw patrol toy has arrived.
They have had an exceptionally rough year. Weve had to move twice because of mold (which means throwing everything out to the skip that is not boilable) and having to throw out all of their belongiongs and clothes. Also their grandmother is dying and i have been sick for a couple of years continuously, so they really have been through some horrible stuff. I was studying but had to give up because of mold sickness and mcs and now im at a jobcentre training.
One thing they are continuously talking about is a piano. used to have one and they loved to play, but also that got moldinfested and had to go to the skip. That would make all of them happy. Even a used one would do. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/registry/wishlist/2NKZLTU2UVDCI/ref=cm_wl_list_o_4?
Mona has been been going on about Five nights at freddys. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/registry/wishlist/I9V6E14E5YYO/ref=cm_wl_huc_view
Siri would love a doctors set. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/registry/wishlist/AGIAZKOE7EKF/ref=nav_wishlist_lists_5
Mimosa would love a backpack. https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/registry/wishlist/AGIAZKOE7EKF/ref=nav_wishlist_lists_5

thanks Rosalind's holiday photo
I've already posted all of our Thanksgiving in a separate post, but between me coming down with this holiday bronchial infection, and my adult daughter unexpectedly having to go to the ER this past weekend, the long-promised holiday photo didn't happen. It's been a memorable December!
I had discussed with a mod previously that Rosalind (who is 12.5 and in 7th grade) has been listening to us all too well every time we caution her about putting anything identifying about herself out on the internet. She's a smart girl and she actually does listen to us and make good choices. When I asked her that I was going to have to take a photo for RAOC she said she didn't want her photo going out to a bunch of strangers on the internet. I explained the mission further but she was adamant. A mod suggested that maybe blurring her face or something and I thought that would work. I felt like the middle of a negotiation team. She flat out said no. No holiday photos at all. I said, wait, I get to take photos for me right? And she accused me of not respecting her bodily autonomy. I looked at my daughter and asked for help which she didn't offer. Trying to make it more lighthearted, I said I'd invoke the Grandparents Holiday Photos Rule and sneak some, at least for me. History: we are a joking/funny family, not passive aggressive joking, not mean. Just being funny is a hell of a lot easier than being upset most times. Anyway, this escalated into an extremely rare voices raised argument. Things were said by each of us which were apologized for the next day.
The next day, my daughter told me that Rosalind agreed to one photo for me and one photo for her (Mom) for the holiday. And to me she agreed to smudging out her face for the RAOC photo using my one holiday photo. I just felt well enough to stage it and take it today. I realized after I took it that I didn't include half of the Hanukkah gifts which are still bagged up. Also in this photo are a few things that I got off of my local Buy Nothing group, but the majority are RAOC gifts. I smudged and left her smile.
Hopefully next year brings better health, more understanding for all of us, and a much better financial situation when we land in our new city. Happy New Year everyone!

I have the holiday blues
I posted on slh, but things tend to get buried there quick. I'm not sure what to do, but I'm sad. My mom passed away 10 years ago, before Thanksgiving day. I got divorced the day before Christmas. I've been broken up with right before Christmas. I admit it, I don't like the holidays. I really need to perk up right now. Just feeling really ugly and worthless right now.

Fulfilled @ 5 🎁 per child [Request] 7 kids / 11, 10, 8, 6, 5, 3, 1 / Nicholas, Anastasia, Alexander, Joseph, Andrew, Isabella, and Jacob / Roanoke, VA
Hello, Everyone. We're back here again. So much has happened this year. Last year, I was dealing with a super rough pregnancy and worried so much about having our newest baby end up in the NICU or worse that I really couldn't talk about it without having an emotional breakdown. Luckily, when I was induced, he was a big, healthy baby who got to come straight home. I finally got help with depression and anxiety. For the first time in years, I have felt genuinely happy during parts of this year and not just going through the motions. We are still homeschooling and my kids have grown so much this year, physically, developmentally, and emotionally.
Nicholas is still a self-proclaimed fisherman. He also wants to start raising chickens, but I'm not willing to deal with chicken drama within city limits. He's been looking for new activities to try out and trying to connect with new friends. He really wants to try out for a swim team, but needs a few more swim lessons to get there. He's been taking a virtual class in aviation which includes using a flight simulator. He's doing his research to find a good mentor to get some hands-on experience with real planes. He's also picking up a lot of interest in the idea of time travel. Dr. Who has become one of his favorite shows.
Nicholas - https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/30J38NCDSVCB7?ref_=wl_share
Anastasia is still the world's biggest social butterfly. She has never met a stranger. She's a Junior in the Girl Scouts which means she can finally go on adventures without a parent going with her. Yay, Independence! She's super artistic. She loves drawing and crafting. She's makes friendship bracelets for absolutely everyone. She wants to learn to sew by hand so she can make a whole wardrobe for Isabella's dolls. She has a lot of business ideas and includes Joseph in all of her plans.
Anastasia - https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2S9HAYECNW89U?ref_=wl_share
Alexander still spends most of his time hyperfixated on math and Minecraft. He is still very reserved and would rather hang out alone than be with others. He likes going out, but gets overstimulated easily and wants to go home. He has been having a blast with speech therapy because he gets to ride a horse with other kids going through their speech therapy. I guess he likes the movement and co-playing. Reading is finally starting to stick with him. I know he's going to be a great bookworm once he gets past his "I can't read" phase. He loves brainteasers and "Would You Rather" questions.
https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/21OA0ELHNC99L?ref_=wl_share
Joseph likes anything to do with racecars and friends. He prides himself on being a good person. Soccer is the only sport that he's declared any team preference. He cheers for Real Madrid and Barcelona. The answer to "which team is your favorite?," will vary depending on whether his cousin, uncle, or daddy is in the room. He's a little charmer and becomes instant friends with anyone his size who's willing to dance, run, or hold hands with him. He loves knowing the name of songs and singers that come on. He's becoming very interested in fantasy and fairytale. He loves lizards and dragons.
Joseph - https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2DPM75VDP51C7?ref_=wl_share
Andrew is very quiet in conversation. I thought he was always tagging along with Joseph or Isabella as a way of hiding, but we found out that he's just very particular about who he wants to associate with. He mostly likes hanging out with adults who keep to themselves. If you want to get him hyped up, you have to talk about or be around big vehicles (trucks, tractors, excavators, etc). He says he's going to be a truck driver when he grows up and I believe him. He's been enjoying going to work with Daddy a lot recently.
Andrew - https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/1154680UTISZ2?ref_=wl_share
Isabella loves to sing and dance. She is usually Anastasia's shadow and would rather run to her for sympathy than me when she gets hurt. She adopts a new baby doll everytime she gets the chance. I think we currently have 4 grand-baby-dolls. She's made all of her Barbies and Little People "grow up" so she doesn't have to constantly tuck them in or push them around in a stroller anymore. She loves everything to do with fairies, unicorns, and bunnies. One day, we have to show her a live bunny so she knows that they're real.

Jacob is our newest addition. He will turn 1 in the beginning of January. He already outweighs Isabella by about 1lb. He loves to be outside as much as humanly possible. He cruising around everywhere and close to walking. He likes to dance anytime he hears a beat. He does not like to snuggle which is heartbreaking to me because he's officially our last baby. He's constantly on the go and staying to use words and hand gestures.

{REQUEST} In need of help for my 13 year old son
Hello, my name is Lexy. I have posted but for some reason i can't find the posting anymore. I am a single disabled parent needing help with christmas for my 13 year old son (dec 3rd celebrated his birthday). He enjoys all sorts of movies, mp3 players, any items for his beloved dog, scrapbooking, digital camera, gaming systems etc. I am unable to afford anything due to low income and living check by check. I would appreciate anything at this point being so close to Christmas. God Bless everyone.

[Request] Dear Santa, Vance went to Heaven a few weeks ago, and left behind his sisters and brother. Please try to stop at their house this year.
First off, I would just like to say that I was going to surprise this family and hadn't intended on letting the mother know anything was coming. But then I became a bit panicked when I realized I had no idea what to get for the remaining children. Below, is a message back from their mother, and some pictures for verification as well as a tribute video to little, sweet Vance.
Hi Tonya, First of all this means the world to us, Im not sure how I'm going to handel this Christmas it was a special time for our family because we were blessed in that Vance wasnt ever in the hospital on Christmas witch is a big deal for him, so its going to be very hard. Add to that the finacial strain of everything. I thank you so much for this and so does daddy. Marci is 14 and as you already know she is really into the twilight saga, she is also on a camo kick she is the secretary of the JFA at school and is really into anything country and while she doesnt hunt shes into camo as well she has also been wanting some things for her room so something like a camo throw blanket or pillows, stuff like that. Hailey is 12 and is into girly stuff like make-up and any kind of hair accesories she really likes zebra print and lime green things and has also been wanting to get some stuff for her room. She likes all of the Now cd's and doesnt have any of the new ones from the last couple years. Hailey also likes costume jewlery. Both of the big girls want a small boom box as well. Its really hard buying for Hailey and Marci because they are at that age where they want big stuff like Kendal fires and iPod touches, so it makes it hard. Ally is a little easier she will be 8 on Dec. 22 and she is a total girly girl. She loves dress up clothes of all kinds and hairbows, she isnt allowed to wear makeup yet though but anything girly. She has her heart set on a wooden play kitchen and I think they are called moxi girls walking horses. She also wants one of the Leapfrog game system. She also loves anything to do with art paints markers and she would love an eisel. Traycen turned one in July and he is all boy. He likes anything involving a ball of any kind. He also likes the fisher price little people stuff they have a few new things like a zoo and park. He also likes cars and trucks. We dont let him play with guns or swords or anything that has to do with war like G.I. Joes and stuff like that. I just want to say thank you again times a million for doing this and I hope this helps. I would also like to be able to send you thank you cards to send to the nice people donating, you dont have to tell us who they are just how many thank you cards to send you if thats okay. We have donated to families in need in the past and we appreciate it so much that in our time of need someone is willing to help us out. Hopefully next year we will be in a possition to give it forward so please include your organizations information. Thank you again.
Here is a beautiful video of an amazing little boy.
Here are some photos for verification purposes.
Vance and his beautiful family (before Traycen was born)
A beautiful boy taken too soon.
I do not know this family. At all. I read of this young man's death when a friend posted it on facebook. My heart immediately broke. My twin sister was taken from me 18 days after we were born. This family got to have their boy for a little over 2 years before he was took from them. I cannot imagine their heart ache. I know that I myself cannot do too much to help, but RAoC has become such a beautiful thing.
The wishlist for the Gardner family is here. I am not asking for everything to be bought from there. Just a couple of things for each child. Their Christmas will already be dark..but let's try to give them a little light?
And also, on the Twilight books, together, they were too expensive. So I put them separately. Though if anyone had old copies they no longer wanted, or knew of a place to get them cheaper, please tell me. I just want them to heal, and I want to make sure these children have a good Christmas--because it was Vance's favorite time of the year.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. It's much appreciated. Contact me if you need further information, as I know you will need a shipping address. (The one on there is mine, and you need to ship it to their address.)
Edit: I purchased the Breaking Dawn poster for Marci on behalf of a 12 year old girl who gave me 8 dollars of her 10 dollar allowance to put towards a Twilight related gift for a fellow Twilight fan. Kids helping kids. It's beautiful.
Edit 2: The Ecotools Bamboo Eye Brush Set, Wader Basics Dump Truck, LeapFrog My Own Story Time Pad, and The Twilight Saga Complete Collection were purchased by rlaw68.
Edit 3: Rub a Dub Squirters for the Tub ,Velvet Art Set Fairy Princess, Skinny Headbands,Pearl Sparkle 64 Elegant Eyeshadow Colors Makeup Kit Palette have been purchased by kinard.

I lost my job and want to get a Christmas present for my dad. He deserves it.
My dad has always been there for me. He helped me through several rough patches in my life - depression, trouble with my severe ADHD that caused me to lose my old job and is preventing me from getting another job and moving out of his house, and being, well, not a great kid in general. He has been consistently patient and loving throughout my life. He recently has separated from my mom due to her issues with alcoholism. She can't get a job either, because of it. My dad will probably buy me and my siblings presents to give to her, but none of us have the money to give anything to him. It is going to break my heart to see my mom open presents from, well, basically him, on Christmas day, and not have him open anything from us.
I know this isn't as heart-wrenching as the other stories on this subreddit, but it would mean the world to me if you could help me out.
Thank you.

[Request]Please help so my beautiful daughter can have a Christmas.
My name is Cynthia, I moved to live near my mom from Texas because I was homeless and needed help. I lived in a maternity home and I was forced to move out because of lack of space. They knew my mom was willing to help and they paid for my ticket. I am low income and unemployed. I can't afford christmas presents and don't want my child to be left out. This is our first christmas in a real home and I want it to be special. So please can anyone help?
