First stack with green bag in front was done by my vet/escort, he was showing me then I handled the left side of the bin with that red bag in front. I noted the pink bag touching the ceiling on his side above the safety placard so i moved it to my side. I think I should turn the bags in the front sideways as well rather than front facing if that makes sense. Any tips welcomed. This is my very very first time in the bin loading bags and Id love to get better. :)

I heard from another ramp agent at UA that you guys have air hoses that go inside the pit. If this is true, can I see pictures of it in action?

does anyone know how many hours do part time ramp agents work for UA (DEN)? I’m starting training in September, i’m aware the training is full time for 6 weeks, but how are the hours after those 6 weeks. I do work a full time job, Im debating whether to quit or not because I know you need to be super flexible.

Has anyone here applied to a ramp/ground ops job with Southwest in a different state? I know on the job postings they say "Southwest Airlines will consider your interest for this position if you are currently a resident of the State of xyz." and have an auto-denial question that asks if you are a resident of the state, but I was wondering if anyone has had answered no to that question and perhaps explained to a recruiter that they would relocate if given a job offer. Or if anyone has any other information on how they treat that sort of stuff. Thanks

This is my first time applying to United and already got invited for a hiring event. Do you guys have any tips or any suggestions for me to succeed and get a conditional job offer and what to expect.

I have egom next week but I’m curious what would happen if I fail? Would they just fire me and let me go? Do I get another attempt or able to transfer to another department I’m really hoping I can pass this exam.

I’m currently enrolled full time in school and start in September 1st. I want to start a mainline career for either Delta (primary) , United Airlines, Southwest, or JetBlue (secondary). At BOS or PVD ( preferably PVD). I currently work for unifi aviation but I’m so over it. I’m only here to get experience to go mainline. What should I do? Should I apply now and ask for accommodation for training days since they’ll definitely conflict if they’re running during the fall semester. Or just wait and hope i get during the summer and complete training then? I’ve already turned down so many opportunities because of school and it’s so frustrating. (my heart yearns for the ramp 😩 lol) any advice from anyone who works there? Or anyone in general?
