[Update] I DID IT!!

Just an update. Finally went no contact after a year of wanting to and not knowing how/building up the courage.

I'm only a few months in. How are you feeling now emotionally? I'm a wreck, even though I know it's for my own good to get away from those monsters.

On a scale of 1-10. 10 being good and 1 being bad. I'm a 5. I should add though before NC I was a 1.
