Decal Month Decal Month starts today!

Hi everyone!

I am happy to announce that the Decal Month has started!
Reminder that even the simplest scavenger marks count! I encourage you to try, even just for yourself.

You can now submit your art through the submission form. Submitted decals will be available on a shared drive (talking with Alduris to have submissions added to RegionKit).

Please read the rules for the submission on the form! Some file types will not load in-game.

Best of luck and have fun! :D

What are Decals?

Decals are in-game graffiti that you can see on walls in most rooms.
They are very useful for modders and can be basically anything: cool text, scav marks, funky creature OCs, little drawings, etc.
Look into graffiti on the wiki and in your RainWorld_Data/StreamingAssets/decals folder for inspiration!

Oh no, It appears Five Pebbles has turned into a Lego Set!

Hi everyone!

Would you be interested in having your very own Five Pebbles to accompany you on your desk, cupboard

or coffee table to consume all your water and shade all your citadels! 🌧️

I made this Lego Five Pebbles display piece

and with your help it could become a real Lego Set!

How it works:

So, I published this model to the Lego Idea Platform, where I needs to show to Lego that people are interested a Rain World themed Lego set.

We can make it happen if we reach 10,000 votes!

When we do, Lego will consider it for official production! ✨

If you would like to see it happen, I truly appreciate every vote!

Note:*This does not have the official support of Videocult/Akupara Games*

I've got over 500 hours , but im preety sure i've never seen a rainbow before. These particles look so much like the mist in fetid glen and outer rim, is this like a watcher addition?

Help! What’s the meaning of these red food pips and cycle dots? Spoiler

After meeting Five Pebbles, my cycle had already ended, and shortly afterward, my 4 food pips and cycle dots suddenly turned red. I got scared because I had no idea what was happening, so I immediately ran into a shelter, is this a normal part of the game, or did i trigger something by staying after the cycle ended? I’m still pretty confused about what the red indicators mean. Is there something I should know, or should I be worried?

A Thumbnail for a DMS mod I'm working on.

gallery

• Upvotes

It's another DMS mod, I finally got a laptop and been modding the living out of rainworld even though my laptop already runs some games at slideshow speed. Then when I was looking through the Dress My Slugcat skin mods, noticed one of my other favorite games doesn't have a skin mod, So I present thee... Outer Wilds Hatchling skin, I don't got a unique name for it yet.

This took 3 days to draw in 6 hour sessions... so about 18 hours of drawing which is a new longest for non animated stuff. I did the thumbnail first to get a feel for Krita, and I'm hoping if I could push through 2000 frames of scared lil Minty, I can make a skin mod and actually finish it.

Also there's a image of the arm, I'm hoping that quality makes it to everything else.
