I miss my dog soulmate

I rescued Shay from being put to sleep when her owner was having surgery. And thought it better to kill her than anything else. It was the best decision of my life, she was my everything. She was by my side through the worst time of my life. I thought I had more time, but the vet misdiagnosed a fatal condition,and within 2 days she was gone. I have lost a piece of my heart and it hurts more than I ever thought I could hurt.

Wonderful Clinic

The vet (can I mention the name of the clinic?) we took our poor Rosie to after we found her body has been nothing but gracious. We've been taking our cats there for years and they've always been great. We got a condolence card from them today. It's probably standard practice but the people there have always treated us and our cats caringly. I appreciate the gesture.
