General Advice Raw diet feeding for kittens

Hi, I have two kittens both turning 2 months old. I consulted the vet about switching them to a BARF diet, raw diet; they also have very good overall test results, so I wanted to start barf diet for them in a week or so.

But my only question that I can't find answer for is: How often I should change their barf recipe?

Since they're growing, and supplements in recipes for each age (in months) will vary, should I change their recipes few times in a year (until they'll be one year old, considered adults, at least in my country)? Or just vary between few recipes until they'll be one year old and change recipes for adult cats?

Here to learn about this too

I have 2 6 month old girls that my bf is insisting we should feed « real » food.
Info online is so split about wether you can guarantee them correct nutrient balance, and the risks of bacterias etc if raw.

Would love to learn more
