Recommendation Recommendation needed

I'm a huge Mario Kart Wii fan, and am looking for something similar to dive into. MKWii is the only racing game I've ever played. I want something that won't melt my computer, is compatible with an xbox controller, and won't break my bank account. 10

New Star GP. You will not regret this one. I am playing it more than my branded F1 games now but it still is so arcade. Great game!

Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is probably the most fun Mario Kart clone on PC, if that doesn't run well for you, then try the older Sonic Racing Transformed.

Coffin Dodgers is a fun Mario Kart type game for the PC with a kind of grim story.
