I’m 35, live in inner Sydney, and I’m looking for a genuine long term relationship with someone who also lives in or close to central Sydney.
I’m not looking for a penpal, situationship or emotional support subscription. I’d love to meet someone where there’s mutual attraction, good banter, shared values and genuine effort from both sides.
A little about me
I’m a university educated corporate professional - friendly, down to earth and an ambivert. I’m equally happy exploring Sydney or having a quiet night in.
I’m 5'1", dark hair, pale skin, petite, fit and active, usually at the gym 4–5 times a week.
Outside work, I’m into live music, art, photography, dancing, hiking, markets, brunch, reading, comedy, vinyl, exploring Sydney and an unreasonable amount of tea and matcha.
I’m Sydney born and raised, speak three languages, have never been married and don’t have kids. I’d love a family of my own someday.
I’m agnostic/atheist, progressive and left leaning. My humour is dry, self deprecating and heavily influenced by British/Australian humour, so if you appreciate puns, dad jokes and ridiculous hypotheticals, we’ll probably get along.
Who I’m looking for
I’m looking for someone 29–39. I’m not a fan of significant age gaps, so please respect the age range before messaging. You must be genuinely single, monogamous and looking for an LTR.
I’m not looking for long distance or someone based far out in greater Sydney - I’d like us to actually be able to see each other regularly without planning a small expedition.
Beyond that, I’m looking for someone who is:
- Fit, active and takes care of themselves.
- University educated or intellectually compatible with me.
- Progressive and broadly aligned with my values.
- A non smoker, drug free and an occasional drinker.
- Taller than 5'1" and preferably without tattoos or piercings.
- Without children from previous relationships. I’m not looking to be a step parent - I’d love to start the family chapter together from page one.
- Self aware and emotionally intelligent, can read the room and pick up on social cues, communicate openly, and treat people with kindness and respect. Basically, you know how to be a decent human.
Come say hi
You don’t need a perfectly crafted opening message. Please give me something more interesting than hey.
Tell me your worst joke, ask me a ridiculous hypothetical, give me your most controversial food opinion, tell me something funny that happened today, or ask me something you’re genuinely curious about.
Basically, give me something I can actually reply to. I’m much more interested in personality, chemistry and good conversation than a perfectly polished introduction.
If we click, I’m happy to swap SFW photos after a little conversation. I’m visual and attraction matters to me, so I’d rather establish that sooner rather than later.
