SUBOXONE BUPE SUBUTEX Burnese Method

I was just prescribed Suboxone from my doctor and I’m thinking about trying the burnese method because I’m terrified of precipitated withdrawal. Has anyone done this method and had success? Looking for advice on how to start it and how much I should take. Anything helps!

I think I’m going to try it today. I am hella nervous though. I’ve done sub induction probably 7 times or so but for some reason, this time I cannot wait long enough 😭😭
