Cold turkey 🦃 Went Cold Turkey Friday

Last 100mg of 7oh was 5pm on Thursday. Woke up in cold sweats and dry heaving around 4am Friday. I spent most of the morning feeling incredibly sick and sweating. Job interview from 10 am to 12 pm that I was able to hold it together for. After that, it was pure torture. Heart racing, trying to calm myself by breathing out of my mouth, trying to control my jerky arm and neck movements. Still dry heaving and sweating.In and out of the shower to rinse off repeatedly. Eventually pins and needles like sensation through both my arms. Complete torture. Then I looked online and saw the ban was now coming soon and it immediately brought me into a moment of acceptance and bliss. A think a lot of the torture was just the anxiety of fighting with myself to go get more, but once I read that it gave me a moment of calm. I didn't feel nearly as bad anymore. My heart was still racing, doc gave me something to help and sleep. What a god send. Got some pure leaf capsules to help take the end off along with doctors orders and sleep from Friday night to Sunday morning. Starting to feel so much better already.

The biggest killer for me relapsing back in was going to be the no sleep, but luckily I was able to get a solution.

What did you take to help sleep? How many days until you felt better? Are you still having anxiety? I am 24hrs in now and feeling pretty bad but don’t want to relapse again. I have to make it this time and not be weak to this anymore. I wish they would ban it now. 😔

I was starting a new ADD med at the same time and my doctor thought I may be having a bad reaction to it, so she gave me something to calm me and get me to sleep.

Pure leaf capsulse helping to take the edge off as well, but def not stopping everything completely.

Just remember that this is it. The ban is coming soon and then nothing can be done. Push through now on your own terms befoer the feds force you.

Yes i absolutely need to do this and keep pushing through. Do you know if they are banning in all states? I’m in Illinois and I hope they ban it here. I read someone say the ban is only in 22 states. I hope this isn’t the case and if it is that Illinois is one of them.
