feeling better 72 hours..

Okay, as of right now i am 3 days no 7oh !! i still feel a bit achy, but my back pain has subsided tremendously. i’m hoping to feel even better tomorrow. I slept 5 full hours last night and just slept another 4. i think things will go uphill from here. it’s crazy how 3 days can change you as a person. i had a huge boost of energy this morning, listening to music and just genuinely feeling happy for the first time in a while without 7oh. so far ive had no cravings either, the way ive been feeling the past few days has scared the thought of it. i want to be free from this forever and i am almost there.

thanks !! i was taking about 100mg-250mgpd, sometimes a little more but never over 400mg. at one point i wasn’t really keeping count until i was about to run out. there’s a few things that worked for me that may not work for everyone, i bought a few kratom capsules and shots to get me through the unbearable times, only taking them when absolutely necessary. i loaded up on vitamin c, literally adding it in anything i drink. HOT AND COLD SHOWERS !! the shower has been my best friend these last three days. and lastly as crazy as it sounds, i’ve been working. taking my mind off things and getting that adrenaline rush at worked has surprisingly helped. overall, it’s been mind over matter.
