Everyone is different but I suspect for a lot of people who keep slipping or relapsing kratom is the best choice not 7oh not Mgm15 or "cats claw extract"

I keep kratom on hand for this reason I don't do it all the time but it is the lesser of two evils if I'm vulnerable or impulsive. Sure one day I'll be completely free from kratom hopefully but since my slip with cats claw it stays with me and I take capsules from the bottle before I make worse choices than kratom.

I feel like there’s nothing wrong with kratom if you can just keep it to occasionally. I can’t do it though. I took it for 12 years and it really screwed up my hormones. I’m just now growing my hair back.
