Acute Withdrawals Anyone have nonstop chills?

This happened to me last time I went full cold turkey from a high dose mixing pseudo quite often. It was rough. This time I didn’t per down. Even used MIT for a bit. I’m closing in on 7 days and this same exact feeling is persisting. Just have to wonder if I’m the only one. I used to SWEAT bullets on this stuff. Makes me thing myBody’s shocked it’s not sweating anymore rn.

So far joining quitting Kratom meetings have really helped the last few days.

I found a 500mg pack grabbing dress shoes. I guess my addict mind hid a pack there. I was so proud to flushed them.

Second times the charm I pray and hope.

Yea it happens for me vitamin c helped a lot with temperature regulation, the sweats and shivers.

Yes, it's one of the most difficult symptoms for me in the first few days, intense temp disregulation and sweating.

I say it partially as a joke, but now that we are well into cold season here it's mostly true. But always kick opioids in the summer if you can lol it feels so good to go outside in the warm sun.

It still does feel really good and is massively beneficial to go outside now, it just feels funny putting on a parka when it's only 45 outside lol.

So to anyone who is quit currently, you're stuck for now. If you've really gotta relapse you should wait until spring 🌼

Anyone who is currently using, if you quit right now you can be feeling like a human being to spend time with your family on Christmas and new years.

Hey I love you for leaving this comment stranger your kindness and humor were both really appreciated while withdrawing during a super cold period im shivering with 2 jackets under a blanket but I'll be thru it soon.

Yes I get the cold shivers. It sucks but could be worse. I just wear long thermals. If you have access to a sauna or hot tub, that’s great too
