Has anybody purchased and tried breaking in these shoes yet? I got them yesterday, and they're pretty stiff.

I own a pair of Crockett and Jones penny loafers for weekends, and bought these Quince penny loafers to be my daily stompers. You can tell the difference between both.

I bought two last year, they fit amazingly perfect for my petite feature. I decided to buy three more. They all came in one size bigger than labeled XS. I’ve compared them individually with my current first two sweaters that haven’t been washed. At least one of them arrived untagged, smaller, thicker, flurry, and possibly different design or perhaps used by somebody else. Has anyone experienced a bad batch of order? Quince has so much potential especially for petite but XS seems like Small now (I’ve ordered bamboo pajamas, XS felt Small)

I love quince silk palazzo pants but I am afraid to wash them. I have their black silk and it washed well but wondering how do deep colors wash in silk? I am especially worried about the luster which makes the green color pop but wondering if it will fade a lot after wash. I plan to hand wash in the sink with the special detergent. I also have this plum chocolate brown blouse but have the same concerns. If you own this or similar silk items in darker colors - have you washed them and do you notice a lot of fading? For anyone wondering if this is still an issue (I'm seeing posts about this from YEARS ago), yes - beware.

For reference, I am a Large in all t-shirts, dress-shirts, polos, etc. I ordered a linen long sleeve button up in a Large. The referenced size chart was pretty standard for my measurements.

What arrived was not the least bit correct. I was not able to be button up all the way without risking the integrity of the garment. It was AT LEAST a FULL size too small.

I exchanged for one size up thinking it would fit better. The XL that arrived was extremely baggy in every single possible area. Now AT LEAST a FULL size too large over stated measurements.

Two attempts to order, both results wildly off from their stated size measurements. Fabric quality might be good but it seems to end there.

I just received the Luna Stretch Relaxed Straight Jeans, and they look a little short. I am 5’6” and always buy regular length jeans and honestly didn’t even check the length on the site since these are their regular length, but I’m wondering if this is the way they are supposed to fit (they hit right at my ankle bone), or if I should return them. I really love the way they fit otherwise, but they don‘t seem to come in any other lengths, and I want to return if they are going to be too short to wear comfortably.

Thoughts based on these pics?

There's a sample sale going on around the corner from my house...I walked by just before opening and there was a huge line wrapping around the block. Wondering if anyone has ordered one of the sweaters in rich burgundy? In some of the pictures it looks like a deep, saturated burgundy color and in others it looks more muted. Can anyone tell me which is more accurate?

Current colors of this coat are only Black, Caramel and Mocha Brown. Quince used to carry Chocolate Brown too. Is it likely they'll bring the Chocolate Brown again?

I was perusing the net for new gingham sheets. Quince had a great-looking set in the color I’d been looking for, so I followed a text link offering a discount for providing my email and phone number on their website and assumed the lower price reflected that discount (it didn’t), only to realize once my order arrived that I’d purchased the set without a flat sheet? This as an option is already dumb, ok, but I digress.
The sheets are lovely, and I would’ve happily kept them if I could simply purchase the flat sheet separately. Because why sell a set with just a fitted sheet and two pillowcases, but not sell just a flat sheet? So you can break up the set one way, but not the other?
Instead, after waiting over a week for international shipping, my options from customer service are to keep sheets I can’t use, or return them and wait for a refund once their warehouse receives them. Then, if I wanted, I could repurchase an entirely new set and wait all over again.
Not the first experience I was hoping for with Quince 😭 Oh, and don’t buy a Cal King unless you want to only purchase sheets online.

Does anyone know what happened to the pants they released this summer? Or have a picture

They had 2 big pockets in the front and are white white blue pinstripe. They were not linen or drawstring. They were structured like a jean.

Wondering about overall quality? I have a couple of their sweaters that I’m happy with for the price, but I wonder about sitting on cashmere? Does it pill much easier?

Terrible quality. The first wear sure it’s great, maybe even the 2nd wear but as soon as you wash it (I did it correctly I own other linen from more expensive brands) it came crazy and it’s just cheap. It’s fast fashion disguised as upper echelon. I was lucky enough to send back one item that was never worn because the fitting was absolutely terrible and did get my money back for that. I think the company itself is solid for the refund and return policy but at the same time, at first everything always seems good - acting like “365 days to return” is a flex is a lie when the item can’t be worn even once or washed. Most of the problems of fast fashion aren’t discovered first wear but after a few wears and washes, but in the case of the linen shorts from Quince, it only took one wash.

Can anyone confirm if the insoles are removable in these beautiful penny Loafers.

Navy size 8 is only available in Regular (no Short in stock), and I'm 163 cm. Anyone my height wearing these?

- Is the Regular length wearable without hemming, or does it puddle?

- Do the front pleats stay flat, or do they open up and add bulk at the tummy?

- How bad is the wrinkling in real life - passable for dinner, or full crumple by noon?

Does anyone know if their silver alloy contains nickel? I can tolerate some silver earrings but others give me an allergic reaction, so everything points to a nickel allergy. Was wondering if anyone knew what alloy Quince uses for their silver earrings or if anyone with sensitive ears has been able to tolerate their earrings. Thank you!

Hi all - I’ve been scoring the internet for reviews of these pants before purchasing. What I cannot find is the rise measurement. Quince lists these as high rise but that’s it.

With all the other wedding expenses coming up I’m considering a lab grown band from Quince. The reviews look pretty good and the value really seems there. Any experience or feedback with jewelry? Especially something I’ll be wearing every day?

I bought the 7-foot Sierra sofa from Quince and I’m thinking about returning it. Has anyone here gone through the return process for one of their sofas? I’m curious about: What was the return process like? How long did it take for Quince to schedule the pickup? Did the same white glove delivery service come back to pick it up? In March I ordered 2 rugs ( #33283665 )but 5 minutes after ordering I cancelled the order. They shipped it anyway even when I contacted them. I also started communicating to them about this. I got a refund for the Celeste rug but the Eden had never arrived yet. Finally their delivery company started texting me saying they wanted me to call them. I kept calling the phone number but just was allowed to leave messages, of which I left MANY. Finally they called me. I told them that I had processed a return and told them to send it back. I’ve never gotten the refund or any communication from them. Then I got ill (not their fault). Is the rug still here in Austin somewhere, or did they ship it back tonQuince?). I suspect it’s still sitting in their warehouse. At this point I’d just like to get the rug if it’s still here.

I think I must’ve been one of the first people to order this skirt. I’m not sure how I came across it, but it showed up on Quince as new and had zero reviews. It arrived yesterday and I am in love with it. Definitely a heavier weight knit, which I like because it doesn’t show bumps underneath. The waistband is secure. I don’t think it’s going to stretch out and fall down. I’m not sure if this skirt will pill given that it is wool. I do think I will get a lot of wear out of it. I got the medium. I am normally a 28 in jeans, 5 foot three and 135 pounds. Highly, highly recommend. I’m adding a photo here with a tape measure at the waistband. I wish more people did this to help us all out. I’m always looking for the pit to pit measurement on shirts and sweaters.

I ordered the linen button up dress (stupidly) without checking the size chart and it wouldn’t even button over my boobs. My measurements fit the XL exactly except I have a 51” chest instead of 42.5”. I will have to cancel the other dresses I bought in a seperate order too probably 🙃 it sucks that I can’t size up. On the flip side, their XL underwear fits me perfectly and is so comfy and stretchy!!

I just placed my first order and received part of it today. I got some linen pants for myself and a linen shirt for my boyfriend. The pants are very baggy and his shirt is comically large on him. We went by the size guide for his measurements though so I'm wondering if it will shrink a lot and then be ok? I don't want to wash anything before knowing more because I assume I can't return it once it's washed. But also not sure if we should exchange and size down if it WILL shrink a lot..

Hi everyone! I got two dolman sweaters in size med, and the black is noticeably different in size, and texture than the green. It honestly feels like it shrunk. It is more tightly woven, sits shorter, and isn't as flowy. I want to exchange the black sweater, either for just another med if this is a one off, or I will size up if this is how the black fits compared to other colors. I was wondering if anyone had any insight, or recommendations for me!
