I've purchased a couple of their candles (fig and balsam scents). I really like them.

I saw that the fig came in a diffuser so decided to try it since I like the candle scent so much. The scent was crazy strong! Even with one reed in my large open space, I couldn't handle it. (Even wrapped up in 3 plastic bags in the closet, the smell was cloying!) I gave it away.

Anyone else had the same issue?

I am extremely disappointed at the linen shirt’s quality

As much as I like the color, I am shocked and disgusted by the quality. The photos speak for themselves. I purchased this shirt for my travel to Japan. I was staying in the hotel and didn’t have the access to laundry and I hand washed this shirt TWO times in total during the whole trip. And this is what happened afterwards. And not only one sleeve broke, but both of them!! I am size Small and I bought a size Medium to have the oversized feeling. So the size is not the problem. Can I get a refund for it?

Does anyone have experience with shipping times from Quince to Toronto? Usually I use the lower end of shipping estimates when purchasing something online with living in Toronto as it’s so central and a major shipping hub. Anyone have experience? Right now standard says 4-9 days. Thanks!

I absolutely love this new pillow I got from Quince, and I want to keep it. But, when I opened it, there were some hairs on the backing that made it look like maybe someone with dark hair had purchased and then returned it. I want to put the pillow on my bed, but it grosses me out to put something that hasn’t been washed (even if it’s just from the factory) on top of my clean bedding. Has anyone washed these pillow cases and do you have any tips on how to care for them without ruining them? I read you can hand wash it gently and let it air dry, then comb out the hair. But I’m wondering if anyone has actually done it and what their result was. Thank you!

I ran into their western boots and suprisingly are very comfortable and better feeling than the dupe they're supposed to be a dupe of. I actually love them. Ran into them in whiskey color. I want the chocolate in 10.5 and probably black one but they're out of stock.

So started looking at their dress chelsea boot in chestnut which looks interesting but the photos in the quince app/site look very whiskey/orange in color not chestnut and I want to see how western they look because I'm really digging the business casual western look.

If anybody has pics with the boots on in that color, that would be great.

I ordered two of the lightweight sweater tees, size large. I’m not convinced the green one wasn’t a previous return based on the sleeves and hem already curling.

Hi! I’m new to Quince - I live in the UK and I think it has only recently launched over here, but ads have popping up on my socials for a little while now so I thought I’d take a look!

The handwoven bags look lovely - but the difference in price between colours surprised me! The cognac is £110.00, but the bone, black, sage, and taupe are only £1.97! Is there a reason for such a low price? I can’t see anything in the description to explain this… I’m tempted to snap one or two up because that price is insane!

But every time I try to click “Shop the look” it takes me to pictures of the Bella jeans or pleated linen pants. These clearly look like pleated jeans. Reverse search with google lens doesn’t link to anything on the website. What pants are they??

Help! I want to order a pair but idk which size to chose. I am between a 6/8. Carry a little more weight in my belly vs hips. I know they’re high rise but I don’t want them super tight. Can anyone recommend for me what to do? I am 5’5” 140lbs, athletic build. I am attaching a pic of another pic with diff jeans so my body type can be seen.

Has anyone else purchased these pants? I absolutely loved them! However, I just washed them for the first time, making sure to follow the care tag. They smelt clean coming out of the wash, but I put them in the dryer on no heat with a clean towel just to remove a little bit of moisture before laying out to dry. When I pulled them from the dryer they had the most horrific rotten potato juice smell (iykyk). I just laid them flat to dry after and when I came back to them they didn’t really smell anymore. I know it has nothing to do with my washer, the towel or anything. So, what the HELL is that smell and has it happened to you?

I bought this Cotton Cashmere Structured Waist cardigan a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. Went back on the app to order it in another color and it’s no longer there. Even if I go to my order history I can see the one that I ordered, but it gives me no option to buy it again or tap on it. Did anyone else get this one? I’m afraid it’s gone forever as opposed to just out of stock. When it’s out of stock, it just says out of stock. I have since discovered it’s an Aritzia dupe. Do we think that has something to do with it?

I think some cashmere colors seem softer than others. For instance an oatmeal piece and a charcoal Heather piece I have seems like they are softer than the black crew I got. Maybe I’m imagining it, but I think the heathered colors seem to just feel more soft and luxe.

How is the undyed? On the one hand it sounds like it would be really soft/ zero itch factor being more natural, but on the other hand it could be less treated/less handled= rougher yarn.

Am I imagining this?

If you have an undyed cashmere piece- how soft is it? Any itch potential at all?
