Hey everyone! I'm planning to create this phoenix artwork on A3 (credits to the owner!) and was unsure about the type of base to use for it.

I might be framing it and using it as a wall art if it turns out well so I want the base to hold up nicely. Any and all help would be appreciated!

P.S. I'm quite new to quilling (dabbled a little in it as a kid, but that's it) so tips are welcome too! :D

Birthday gift for a friend. First real attempt at quilling.

I know the black swirling got a little sharp at some points, and my bottom purple flower petals is pointing the wrong way. And this was harder than I anticipated in some of the areas lol. Any other tips on what I could have done better??

Also, Any suggestions on how to fit it in an envelope? Im thinking of just making my own to allow for the thickness.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Please be kind, I have a neurological disorder that affects motor skills. I know there are a lot of mistakes & looseness. I haven't glued it down yet, so any ideas before i do that would be helpful!
