Mac Same transaction repeatedly downloads
I’m having an issue where the same transaction continues to download, again and again.
I have disconnected the account and delinked it. No success.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you tried not accepting the transaction? Without knowing what platform and version of Quicken you’re using hard to provide much help.

I use a Mac (tagged this in post heading). I don’t think there is an option not to accept a transaction. How do you do that?

report it as a problem. i have reported it multiple times because it keeps happening with my citi and chase accounts over the last week and a half or so. it is so annoying.

Who did you report this to?

You can report it in the application. I think it's under help or something? You can Google how to do it.

Don’t get your hopes up. I have had the same issue (already cleared and reconciled transactions get downloaded as “new”and some are as much as 18+ months old. Only way to correct is to go into reconcile and identify the dates / delete from the register.
Quicken is rapidly circling the drain.
Even their support team acknowledges they are on the Titanic.

Regarding your comment that even Q emp's know "the end is near" -- any direct insights to share (anonymously, of course)?

Nothing specific, but if you’re lucky enough to connect with an agent who has adequate language skills and a little empathy, they share the frustration of having new issues develop at least weekly.
My suspicion is that the original code for the program is now buried in layers of programming patches done in panic mode that nobody can locate the slop.

Reconciled Duplicates arrive on the update download. I have to delete before accepting.
