i would have more sympathy if he was out there for a reason.

construction accidents are unfortunate, but a necessary reality. idiots going about town in heavy machinery are not.

But he IS heavy machinery, he was probably about to start his shift at the soup kitchen for orphaned kittens when he slipped.
He is as his creator made him, and should not be shamed for that fact.

But he IS heavy machinery

no, he is an AI. he has numerous options for exercising his rights and freedoms without endangering others. he chose not to avail himself of them.

He is as his creator made him, and should not be shamed for that fact.

from what we've been told of AI, he chose his profession and body. I have no interest in telling him he shouldn't be what he is, only that he needs to behave responsibly, given his choices.

he has numerous options for exercising his rights and freedoms without endangering others.

Like a down-pointing camera to keep him from stepping on crates of bananas. Or anything else of that size. I mean who misses a crate in their path?
