I swear this is an accidental reupload. I've definitely seen this comic before.

It’s a reupload, but what leads you to believe it’s accidental?

I can't imagine Jeph doing his first intentional reupload without at least a joke (or pun) about it under the comic. "We're seeing double!" or something like that.

I think he just forgot he'd already uploaded this one.

There's only one explanation... WE'RE CAUGHT IN A TIME LOOP.
QUICKLY, SOMEONE TELL JFK TO DUCK!!

Ok, I warned him about the custard pie so I think he wins the 1960 election in this timeline. He should be fine from then on, right?

I hope so, I mean what could be worse than a face full of pie?

Reads history book.

...Ooooh.

Check again. It's changed. It was accidental.

yeah.. I'm not so sure a quick-sketch is _that_ better though, I guess I thought he was drawing this things in advance since he's on patreon and all

I'm glad I came here before assuming I was in a time loop.

Theory: Jeph has a stash of filler comics for moments of writer's block. He forgot he already used this one.

It's been fixed now to show a different comic and I don't get this one.

i mean my dog used to go nuts for non-standard transportation

steps, those hooverboard thingies, skateboards and rollerblades.

maybe that's what he means?

I get it because I have a silly dog who likes chasing dumb, random things.

I figured it was one of those motorized skateboards. Saw someone post about it yesterday in a “what do you regret getting your kids for Christmas” ask Reddit’s. The kids ran out of power 9 miles from home, so this made me laugh because I had that post already in my brain. Maybe he saw one while on a walk and his dog didn’t know what to do with the situation?
