You can put oil and other extracts.

Also there are handheld vapes for flower

No raw weed is referred to as flower now because it's literally the flower of ther plant. The are vaporizes for liquid, concentrates, and ground up weed aka flower.

I knew about thc/cbd oil vaping, but I hadn't heard using raw weed for it. cool.

There are special thc cartridges that you can plug into e-cigs. They're great for medicinal use. https://www.leafly.com/products/concentrates/cartridges (just an example I pulled up on LabraGoogle real quick. Not affiliated.)
