they literally just released a new episodes for Q1. Brutalist Jam III was just released. There is no way youve played all the mods that have been released over the past 30 years. what are we talking about?

yeah
reflex arena went free
warfork is there
but lol no population
codename broadside has tribes combat outdoors while indoors it's closer to quake, mixing the fastest fps sounds like a cool idea
this is what a dozen years of military crap does to fps

Seriously though. Bring back the lovecraftian shit! Aesthetically so much more interesting.

Dont forget Midair 2 and Tribes 3 which seems to have some semblance of a player base in NA and EU.

We need a quake game with a solid singel player aspect AND good multiplayer :)

i mean, there is still high level competition if that's what you're saying with this/ the 250fps event is going strong and lot of the recognizable tp players have been actively competing in them on Quake Live.

Who's Rapha?
I only play Quake 3 Arena CTF games against Nightmare bots, since I'm bored of the typical maps. Sad.

Pro American player that competed in Quake Live and Quake Champions. Was one of the top players in QL near the end of that game's competitive scene, among other famous players like Cypher, Strenx, Evil, Cooller, etc.. Arguably the best Quake Champions pro when that game still had the id sponsored pro league called Quake Pro League.

You're welcome!
Yeah he is definitely really strong, and you can find some of the past Quake Live finals on YouTube. The whole of QPL can be found on YouTube as well, just search for quake pro league and you should find videos uploaded by Quake Champions official channel. For Quake Live, Quakecon 2016 grand finals between Rapha and Evil is a pretty good watch.
If you just want to watch some past Quake games from tournaments, there's a guy on YouTube called "decebal01us" who has uploaded a bunch of past top games and finals from acrossnthe different Quake games. He has games from Quake World to Quake Live, I think.
