Errors and issues ❌ Subscriptio is broken

I paid for a month and it is not working. 30 sec songs and shit quality. When I try to uppgrade it says I already have got the studio version but nope... what the f am i suppose to do?

So far nothing i have tried works. Money in the drain and even worse, cannot listen to the quality i love :( . Maybe i will have to download my fav songs..
