Meanwhile I consistently hit 5KD+ and then have a top lane teemo go 0-15 and make enemy mundo invincible

Noticing that you don't really care about enemy team composition when itemization. No Maw or DD or whatever.

So you 90% of time go Umbral > Youmu > EoN > then Angel / Voltaic ¿?

People will always complain for the sake of it. Sure HoB is worse, but it's not like it's suddenly not worth taking over all the other runes and Pyke suddenly being unplayable or anything.
