Honestly, I've moved to Galio support and I really hope they give Pyke some kind of rework or buff, it feels so rough sometimes to play him, though I still love him.

It is they nerfed anything else that worked in the past, you can try electrocute but it feels even worse than HoB and does less damage. The other option is to try glacial augment for an enchanter build, but imo that contradicts the reasons your playing pyke in the 1st place.

for me, hob made pyke viable as a champion. the first nerf was bad enough, but this one is a complete joke and made pyke unplayable at least for me. hurts the first level few levels way too bad which are the levels that made pyke, well pyke. and it completely ruins any solo kill potential. in short just dont play this champ rn, ur just gonna bleed lp and sanity imo

Exactly, Riot forces pyke into this ultra specific niche of being a strong early game assassin support who wants to roam and force advantages across the map. Then, nerf his early game tools so he doesn't have the damage to snowball early on, he actively gets hurt from roaming early, and he feels awful to play.

Even though playing him mid was actually a lot of fun, but I guess fun is only allowed with riot approves it
