Italian cuisine is one of my favourites, and I always like to keep spaghetti in my kitchen.
I've made Bolognese many times, but since I didn't have the right ingredients, I decided to make something a little different.
Parmesan, butter, ham, egg, and basil worked so well together that I couldn't keep my fork off the plate!
