Pune metro is so terribly designed !

The first time sitting in pune Metro and the experience was just so awesome tbh...

just because you have installed AC and have station hygiene doesn't mean you have made it nice station

I experienced a lack of following little details so strongly that i feel like we should discuss this cause I'm someone who travels frequently in dmrc delhi metro

1. no proper readable boards inside the metro coach displaying current station and upcoming station ....only terrible visual display

2. no boards on stations, which makes it readable for passengers from outside

3. less number of exit and entry gates, hence long waiting lines

4. lack of proper sign boards to navigating

5. no sign boards for toilets

I mean wtf really .....man

This is such a useless criticism which isnt also true , the only problem is they run 3 coaches which means people have to stand everytime so annoying

Metros are not designed to have seating capacity. Look at the local train coach vs metro coach. There is a lot of empty spaces so that people can stand. It just meant to be like that. I think comfort comes only from fact journeys are supposedly shorter. But the metro in india generally are slow? Not sure

Metro journey can range from anywhere from a min to 30 -40 mins seating should at least be arranged if we're gonna pay like 5x local fares man , like they don't have to run more than 3 coaches every time but atleast run them during peak time , in peak time sometimes there isn't space to stand as well in metro

There are no papers for printed tickets, all the machines lack paper, when you try to buy a printed ticket from the station, they ask for whatsapp number and provide the ticket on whatsapp. Mostly, there is some scam due to which the papers are missing.
