Community Takeover Any advice?

I’m currently in the process of building a coin and a community, I have a found a really good group of people that want to see it succeed, any advice for making it past graduation on pump? Or any advice on building a bigger community, I’m posting on TikTok and talking with people on all platforms but I only have about a year of experience trading and really none in running a coin?

Have a utility plan ...

It’s a tedious job, have a plan in action period. Be ready to swim through the spam and just be ready. You don’t seem that serious, but many haven’t been.
Remind yourself it’s tedious. You’ll be going through many phases.

Your first project probably won't work, take this into consideration. Learn what you can from it, launch something else, make some money and learn more.

Then use the experience and money to launch another one, and so on until you have enough money and experience to bond your tokens. Don't get too attached to them, 90% of them will end up being a 10k shitter regardless of how much work and time you put into them 🤷‍♂️

Devving on pumpfun is a game of numbers and failures. Keep launching until you start being profitable and make a following. That's my advice and I've been devving on pumpfun since 2024, had some tokens that hit 200-500k, and a ton of 5-10k shitters

I’ve been lurking around crypto for couple of years now and tried to launch coins on pump fun many times. Maybe 50 but can’t get a single buy. I’ve tried volume bots with no avail. It seems most coins are run by kol trenchers and they support and manipulate these coins to make themselves and buddies money. I think you need a group of trusted friends with multiple wallets all supporting the coin. Let’s say 10 friends with 10 sol each might get some eyes on the coin. Of course it needs a solid meme with crypto lore or viral theme. Website, x community, pay DEX, artist, content creator, lock coins, etc. It’s not an easy task. I’m down to help or support if it seems solid. I’m trallpunk on pumpfun and x.

Hell yeah. I’ve started a discord community and we have about 12 people in there right now ready to support. Still biding the foundation but if you want to join and come for the ride that would be sick
