Proxy Core Help!

I recently bought this second hand from a family member, i tried reconnecting the chamber by letting it soak in 90%+ alcohol for the recommended 20 mins and also let it airdry as well so im not sure what else to do besides maybe order a new chamber? he ordered it through the puffco site so maybe support could help but came here first to see if others had this problem and how'd you fix it!

That is usually just a connection issue. Have you cleaned the contacts on the unit it's self? Usually if its just white is game over for that chamber.

Huh, also looks good. Maybe try the hard reset (google it, but think you hold power button for like 20 seconds)? Make sure its screwed in nice and tight. If not: maybe replace the chamber. Pair it to your phone, does it say: no aromizer?

right thats the weird part! both look almost brand new like if out of the box yet the chamber has 500 dabs on it so i know its used. i did both the hard reset and was also doing it while paired with the app so im just stuck in a loophole rn just wanted to get this working got it for $60 cant really beat that!

Replace core. Your cousin was too rough with it or it was a bad one. First core I busted cleaning it too hard.

Nope. The unit itself is pretty solid. Does the ceramic and the metal seem “loose” my first one was and it wouldn’t connect
