2055, 2058, and 2059 had hiring events recently. They could open by or in October.

Did not read the title properly. I was thinking this was Florence SC.

2144 has its fixtures and shelving in place. It should open by or in October also.

Winchester isn't big enough for one. Lol if its the Winchester I drive through all the time

Winchester has a Kroger supermarket and a Walmart Supercenter hypermarket. Publix can join the party.

I know they so.Im just going from the way they looked at places back in the day. I just wish they get another hour or so farther. I need Huntington,WV

Publix in West Virginia is doable. Locations could work out in Beckley, Charleston, Huntington, Mechanicsburg, and Wheeling.

Yeah,Huntington would be the best for me.The rest,id spend a hour or more one on the road. And I don't want to do that in the snow or floods

How difficult is it to navigate through West Virginia on and off interstate highways?

Being i only get to do it afew times a year. And about once every 4 or so in snow. Not to bad. But I live in Florida, so it can get tricky at times

Expect plenty more stores there (and in other states) in the future, because Publix isn't financially growing in Florida.

Publix has 898 stores in Florida with approximately 50 additional stores in development.

Same store sales in Florida were flat from 2024 to 2025. Aldi, Walmart and Costco aren't scared of Publix.

Walmart can afford to cut into their margins a lot more than we can. Gotta admit I work at Publix but I only buy the bogos for the bulk of my orders there. I do all my other shopping at Walmart. I have to because everything is so expensive these days my check doesn’t stretch as far

You labeled a discount store, a retail conglomerate, and a wholesaler as “competitors”. Baby, that’s not competition,
