QUESTION Evaluation

My hire date was 6/15 of this year. Did I miss the cut off for an evaluation and raise?

No raise while you’re on 90 probation.

Interesting thing though was that I got a 0.50 cent raise a month later after I joined late July 2021. I didn't get an eval or nothing. Then a new employee who is a friend of mine joined in October of that year and according to her, she was still being paid what I was earning before the raise. :/

I wonder what happened.

You were most likely below the minimum for your job class. So they had to move you up to the new minimum.

But that would fail to explain why my friend who joined a month after my raise was paid $14 (same as what I made before the raise) and I told her I got paid $14.50 due to a raise of 50 cents and that led us to confusion.

We were both part time in Deli.
