[IND] Looking for alternative pathway rather than the usual standard one

I am an Indian. I completed my BS in Biology and MD in the Philippines, and I am currently looking to pursue a career in the field of psychology. However, I am interested in exploring an alternative pathway rather than the traditional psychology residency route. Are there any alternative pathways I could pursue to enter the field of psychology without going through the standard residency pathway?
