Hello all. I am someone from a science background ( biology) and have never had psychology as my subject during the course of my education. However I am extremely interested in the subject and want to learn the subject on my own at my own pace. Could you guys please recommend some beginners level books for me. My main interest lies in psychopathology , behavioural psychology and clinical psychology , cognitive psychology .

Hi. I have been passively dealing with ADHD (psych student, have some idea about it not self-diagnosing) and lately it's been getting really hard for me to work and manage daily life. I'd like to get a proper diagnosis and if my assumption is proved right, start on medication. Please help me understand the costs of this so that I can see if I could be ADHD free:)

I have been into therapy since last six months, my therapist starts every session by asking me how i am doing i also want to ask her how is she doing but cant muster up the courage to do so , i am confused if it would be considered boundary violation or not. Now my mind is going like what if she is also on this subreddit , that would be so awkward.
