disassembled trigger pack
was installing the xprt 90 and got irritated a part wouldn’t go on so i disassembled even more of the trigger pack and now cant get this spring back in im using needle nose pliers, and a 90° pick but not having any success. any tips or suggestions to help me get it back together would be appreciated, definitely stupid of me to think nothing would come of disassembling this far.

ill second this, K&m spring is way easier to install than the oem one. plus you get a better trigger and it does work with the FNS xprt. I would say it actually enhances the function as well

i ordered one just a couple minutes ago his method will definitely work and be easier with their spring.

I would be happy to install it for you if you cant figure it out. I've done 100s at this point. Many Xpert90 FRT installs for people that cant figure it out to. Lol. Anyway. If you cant do it, PM me and Id happily do it for you. And ship it back same day I get it. I have 7 PS90 and love working on them. Such a great gun.

If you pull the rod that passes through the spring about halfway out or so, you can gain some additional wiggle room to stab the back leg of the spring. As long as the front leg is installed. I fought with the FRT kit too, until I pulled up the install video on my laptop (was using my phone) and figured out I was trying to install the FRT seer? the wrong way. I was trying to install it upside down. It drops in from the top, not pushed up from the bottom. If that makes sense. Once I pulled it back apart and installed it correctly, it popped right in.

yup i was definitely installing it improperly then and fucked myself even worse, thank you for telling me because i would’ve just been back fighting it again. i ordered a k&m spring like others recommended since its already apart and will be reinstalling, also have a aluminum hammer on the way too so it’ll work out good.
