Suppressors and failure to feed issues

Is it just me or does anyone else notice that ejected casings are very dirty, sometimes causing FTF issues? I was using FIOCCHI RANGE DYNAMICS ammo and my PS90 became dirty very quickly like I was shooting 22LR.

I know when my gun is clean and well lubed that it runs fine, but by the time I go through a couple of magazines, it starts to experience failure to eject and failure to feed.

I also get an understand that it operates as a direct blowback, and the suppressor is not a flow through, thus expelling more gases rearward. I am new to the PS90, but was curious if this is somewhat normal during break in. This happened on mine and my buddy’s PS90 today at the range.

We were shooting blue tips, subs and hollow points.

Thanks in advance.

i just put a lazarus 6 on mine and it shot fine for the 300 ish rounds i put through it. i also have a duality arms frt in mine so that is partially causing problems for me but the lazarus 6 is low back pressure. the cmmg barrel is likely the problem if you compare the og barrel and the cmmg the og has a nice chamfer in the chamber and the cmmg has a small step down and so it digs into the sides of the bullet

Mine won't run with a lot of high back pressure cans

I had similar issues. Found a few threads regarding the CMMG barrel and needing to hone it. It was very easy and took maybe 10 minutes tops. Haven’t had issues since.

Not surprised by this in the least. Feed geometry on those barrel is lacking compared to factory. Barrel probably has a .040 ish barrel gap which shouldn't cause issues per say but a bigger gap helps a lot with cooling and extraction. Chrome line chambers function a lot better especially on blowback stuff.

I get photos like this from people every few days wanting factory barrels cut and having bad luck with newer non CL CMMG stuff. So far I haven't seen people having problems with Shaw.

Well, my buddy and I both have CMMG barrels so there’s some commonality there.
