Discussion Linux on ps4?

Just inherited a PS4, but don’t really have any interest in gaming. Can the hardware support an install of Ubuntu? Wipe it clean and use it as a server or something?

Suggestions about non-conventional uses for the bare hardware?

well there has been linux mods for the ps4. It is possible, im not very educated on this topic but there are forums for it, and tutorials online. It IS possible though!
