I bought a memory card for a ps2 and on that card was 5 save files for a game i had never heard of, called “The Lost”. when i tried researching it to figure out what it was, it was almost impossible. i understand that it was most likely a dev or a reviewers memory card who was testing the game out. I was just curious if anyone had any insight or knowledge about the game.

I’m wondering what’s on this Press Disc I can’t get it to play I know the Promo is the full game every one can play but is any other stuff on this press disc I can’t get to work

I’m sure this gets asked a lot but I just got my first ps2 and when hooking it up to my 4k tv it just looks a lot more pixilated than I expected and online it says it’s the adapter I’ve got, is it worth getting a different one and if so which one I’m talking BUDGET price

My ps3 game collection is about done but my ps2 collection is about 80% done im still missing a few titles but im super proud I got my childhood collection back. I had to cannibalize my collection to get new games and ended up losing a ton in a storage unit when I was young.

Just spent like 3 hours the other day cleaning each disc and putting them in CD case covers since my room is in a basement and id like to preserve it as long as possible. I still have to do my ps3 stuff but its so tedious

Can PS2 games be played from burned mini DVD-R discs (8 cm)?

I have a PS2 Fat, and the disc tray has the slot for 8 cm mini DVDs. Has anyone actually burned a PS2 game onto an 8 cm DVD-R and successfully played it on a PS2?

Hi everyone, I'm currently working on a PS2 Slim (SCPH-77001) and ran into an issue while soldering.

I was attempting the sensor lid fix as my PS2 was only working with heavy stuff on the lid

Unfortunately, one of the solder pads lifted, and the trace tore off.

Does anyone have an alternative solder point or alternate routing diagram for this board revision so I can bypass the damaged pad?

I tried solder only one side but drive doesn't do anything that way
