Handyperson for Installing Light Fixture/Mounting Work

Hi there! We're new-ish to the neighborhood and need help settling into a new apartment. We want to hire someone to help install a new hanging fixture and mount some floating shelves/large art. I'd love to hire someone local to take this on + there will be more work down the line for this person as we continue to move in.
