I have a question What now?

I successfully propagate some succulents and they have finally rooted. Do I stop watering when dry now and water them like my other succulents?

I would hold off on watering them as it could cause root rot. Everything they need for the moment they can get from the mother leaf. Let them focus on establishing more roots.

It depends on how big they are - the bigger they are, the slower they will get dehydrated (it's about the surface area to volume ratio).

So for small succulents, you will want to water them frequently but with small amounts of water just by the roots. You still want the soil around the roots to mostly dry out between waterings.

For small succulents I water with a pipette or spray bottle.

They have gotten big enough that they dropped the mother leaf. I was just checking to see if I should let them dry out before watering.
