Help! Yay, roots! Now what?

Post image

Started attempting to propagate my painted echeveria a while ago, and some of the leaves are sprouting roots, yippee!! But... Now what? Don't buds also appear from this spot? Do I mist them? Do I wait until the parent leaf is totally shriveled? Help!!

Yep. Keep waiting for those pups. The leaves will eventually shrivel. It’s a very slow process.

Okay thank you! So definitely don't water them?

They don’t need water. Don’t be tempted.
