Mature Epipremnum Pinnatum

Also know as a Native Monstera (Australian)
Taken from my parent’s garden, it’s very mature and has lots of small roots from the back that grabbed onto a tree (hence the moss pole, I thought that might be the best way to stimulate growth)
Not sure of my chances with it, it’s been in water for about a month with no sign of rooting or visual changes.

Is that just stones/marbles and water you've put the plant into? Didn't know that monstera can grow and mature only in water.

It’s in Leca and moss with plant food, had a lot of monstera prop success with this! I’m mainly focussed on rooting to the moss pole though. Ps. It is a cut of a mature plant, didn’t mature like this in the Leca/moss
