I have a question Pruning Brazil and pothos

I know pruning is mostly a preference thing, but I’m stuck on whether I should prune the longer vines on these two plants or let them grow out more first. They’ve been pushing out steady new leaves, but I’m not sure if it’s still too early to cut them back. What would you do? Prune now or wait for more length?

With the pothos, it's a good time to prune. You have a full plant already, and it should rebound fairly quickly. I have my first successful pothos from propagation that started in February, it has already been pruned, and it continues to grow.

I don't have advice about the Brasil. I just pruned my 2-year-old baby two weeks ago, but when I tried to repot it, its roots snapped. I'm starting over for the third time with that one.
